SUMMER FOOTBALL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

** Athletes are encouraged to choose the same time slot for each training day. If you need to schedule at different times, please register first and then email damian@dmpfit.com with your preferred day & time to reserve your space.

Regular feedback from DMPFIT to capture progress being made in the gym. Feedback will be provided to the athlete and parents at the end of every season (spring, summer, winter & fall). Data collection includes body composition and a variety of football-specific performance metrics; if you would like to opt-out of weigh-ins (every 4-weeks) please email damian@dmpfit.com

Includes:

Training - Comprehensive training plan tailored to high school athletes. Focus on safe and effective execution of fundamental movements required for life and sport. Adaptable approach to training to meet athletes where they are to promote athletic gains and reduce likelihood of injury.

Nutrition - Education on fueling the body for life and sport during training periods as well as competition. Athletes will be given take-home nutritional information on how to make better choices, helping them reach their sport goals.

Lifestyle - Discussion and counseling athletes on how to adopt better habits to optimize health and sport performance. Athletes will learn more about sleep, goal setting and recovery work and how to build these habits so they last into college and beyond.

Performance Measurements & Tracking - Progress will be monitored to ensure the efficacy of training and adjustments will be made to athletes training plan based on results. Measurements such as maximal running speed, vertical jump and strength will be collected.

**In an effort to keep consistency with group sizes and other gym functions, absences are at the expense of the athlete unless permission is given prior to the missed session. Make-up sessions may be available under certain conditions.
