Adult Group Training at DMPFIT is a fast paced, balanced program. In our workouts, clients can expect to be challenged to build muscle, improve balance and improve their heart health. Our goal for our adults is to feel confident that they’re performing exercises correctly while also adapting habits at home to lead a healthy, fulfilling life.

Started the adult group class about 2 months ago and it has been a great experience. Damian and Doug made it easy to return to working out after quite some time. They are always there to help and modify certain exercises to your specific needs. DMFIT has a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I actually look forward to classes each week! Thanks!!

Love this place. After returning to working out after many years, I found this gem in my own backyard. The trainers are professional and very patient. I need extra help wirh certain exercises and the trainers are there to always help and correct any bad movements on my part.
