The DMPFIT training system takes into account the athletes physical needs on & off the field. Testing our athletes regularly helps ensure they meet their sports standards to keep them safe, show progress and motivate them to get better.

Nutrition
Everyone should be in control of their diet, athletes are just reminded more often through their results. Every season we spend time educating our athletes about to put in their bodies to supports what they’re doing in the gym and in sport and also host a post-workout dinner night.

Goal Setting
Goal setting is a huge piece missing from most training plans. At DMPFIT we dedicate time to set SMART goals and educating our athletes how to easily incorporate healthy habits into their daily routine. Sleep, recovery and visualization are staple topics covered in our program.
