SPARTAN GROUP TRAINING AT DMPFIT GETS YOU READY FOR THE TOUGHEST ASPECTS OF RUNNING A SPARTAN RACE. IN OUR WORKOUTS, WE INCLUDE EXERCISES THAT CHALLENGE YOUR GRIP STRENGTH, STABILITY, AND OVERAL PHYSICAL STRENGTH.
