• Go to the Mindbody website

  • Click the “Explore experiences” link

  • Next, you should see the account holders name in the top right corner. Click the drop-down arrow and then go to “PROFILE”

    • If you don’t see see the account holders name; log-in using the email account associated with your DMPFIT account.

  • Then, click on “MANAGE ACCOUNTS”

  • Finally, click “Edit” next to the existing email address and input the desired email address for whoever will be managing the account (i.e. scheduling changes, tracking, etc).

  • A verification email will be sent to the new email address on file.

  • Be sure that you see the “Updated” screen to confirm the change.
